euphoriaSMP is a scripted minecraft series. the lore says it's been running since version 1.4 in 2012 — but that's the fiction. the server is a stage. characters play out storylines and everything on camera follows a script.
the world serves the plot. the highlands, a sky city above the clouds, is the oldest civilization in the lore. beneath it, ruins from the first players' era hold secrets the story hasn't gotten to yet. these places exist so the characters have something to fight over.
